Process

We start with meeting with you in person or on zoom. We will walk through understanding your needs and problems. We take your input to work on design quote and contract. Once you approve our contract, we work through inspiration, design, style, loose plan, budget and ideas to set a general design direction.

We take all the things we learned from you and get our boots on the ground and start researching. Research is the foundation to all the work that will take place during the length of the project. We find realistic solution to your wishes and needs correspondence with function.

We will take measurements of your space and walk you through the process.

After the initial meeting and our due diligence, we will come up with a design concept and initial 3D model of the space showing flow and function along with mood boards amalga-mated with images for inspiration. We will present our design concepts with mood boards, floor plan, renderings, material samples, and imagery to convey the feeling and the mood. This phase sets the scene of what is coming.

We refine and finalize the plan and design details that we have previously presented as per your feedback. It may include plan drawings, 3D model, specification of soft and hard finishes that will become part of the home or commercial interior. We finalize the design.

Prepare and issue construction drawings and finish schedule. Work alongside with contractors and suppliers to make sure everything is ordered and delivered on time. Design implemented and managed according to the plan.

We are going to source all the furniture and decorative items based on our design agreement. It may include lighting, window covering, art and accessories.

Your home is complete and everything is decorated according to our plan. All the deficiencies are addressed. We deliver a personalized home or commercial space that you are happy and satisfied with.
