Our client leased a new space to start his new personal real estate business. We used a contemporary colour palette to reflect the company’s brand and interior design. We gutted out the existing millwork and other items in the room and completely redo the space in-to mid century modern. The challenging part was to incorporate three different functions into one open space- real estate agent owner working space, conversational space for clients and their assistant working working space. We layered with a bold texture of hard and soft finishes. We introduced furniture that is easy to move around so as the function or the purpose changes, it is easier for the client to add or remove furnishing as needed.
