We were responsible for facade exterior design and space planning for both commercial and residential floors for this seven storey condominium . We were also responsible for interior suite space plannings and visuals for bachelor, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites.
This unique condominium project was initiated to introduce mixed-use living and amenities to the deprived neighborhood of Moss Park. The design was a principle surrounded by the core value of ‘community’. We stick to the core values of community growth, people, collaboration, and sustainability. The proposal also focused on Allen Garden, which was opposite side of the street. Bringing nature indoors was a crucial element of the design. Our designs are strategically created to reflect the target demographic, enhance buyer experience, and boost sales appeal. We ensured each suite reflects both developer brand and the expectations of today’s buyers.
